Listening to People. Making Decisions. Serving North Port
My name is Oleg Lisitsyn. I am a husband, a father of five, an entrepreneur, a real estate professional, and an active member of the local community.

North Port is my family’s home. This is where my children are growing up, where I work with people, and where I am part of a community that I truly love and want to see thrive.

I believe North Port should grow responsibly — with care for families, safety for residents, support for small businesses, respect for hard work, and attention to the voices of the people who call this city home.

After spending many years in Washington State, I have seen how liberal policies can change cities, weaken public safety, make life harder for business owners, and distance local government from the real needs of everyday families. I do not want North Port to repeat those mistakes.

I am running for North Port City Commissioner because I want to help protect the future of our city — a future where my children, and the children of other families, can grow up in a safe, free, and strong community.

Experience That Serves North Port

  • Husband & Father of Five
As a husband and father of five, the future of North Port is deeply personal to me. I want this city to remain a safe, family-focused, and strong place for my children and future generations.
  • Nonprofit & Church Service
More than 10 years of my life have been dedicated to nonprofit and church service — counseling, supporting, and helping people through different life situations. During that time, I have had the opportunity to serve and help more than 300 people.
  • 5+ Years in Real Estate
For more than 5 years, I have worked in real estate in North Port, helping families, new residents, and people relocating to Florida find more than just a house — a place to truly call home.
  • 18+ Years in Construction
Over 18 years in the construction industry have given me a practical understanding of how neighborhoods, homes, infrastructure, and the built environment should develop. North Port deserves responsible growth, quality planning, and a long-term vision.
  • Community Vice President
In my own community, I serve as Vice President, helping with administration, organization, communication with residents, and practical decisions that directly affect people’s quality of life.
